Wikilink hasn't had test coverage reporting setup, and it is becoming a more mature tool. Having test coverage is important for project visibility. We have used coveralls with django elswhere and suggest starting there since we will be familiar with the CICD integration. Other coverage reporting tools are acceptable as well. Setting up CICD integration is outside the scope of this task.

Acceptance criteria

• can locally run a coverage command to obtain a test coverage report
