Signature button should appear in the edit toolbar on "Case" namespace on u4cwiki

Description

Hi, currently the signature button doesn't appear in the edit toolbar on "Case" namespace on u4cwiki, while it should appear since the namespace is also used for U4C discussions. I'll do the patch.

I don't know if it is appropriate to ask in this request or if a new one is needed but it would be nice to have the button also in ns0, we use that pages to vote and express opinions, so the signature button would be really helpful. Thanks a lot!

Yep, we'll take care of it in this task, btw I read that the signature button should be already available on "ns_main" on private wikis! If you confirm that you don't see it, no issue, I'll add it :P

Yes, I confirm that it is already there in ns_main (I'm so used to using the signature I have added to the edittools that I didn't notice it!) Thanks! :-)
