Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

*Visit https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/User:GPT304

What happens?:

• "View account info" says "User:GPT304"
• Account info for "GPT304" is displayed
• The local wiki link for es.wikipedia.org is https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:User:GPT304 (note the extra "User:")
• The edit count link is https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/User:GPT304 (also an extra "User:")

When clicking these links they are both misleading (ie they say the user is registered/has no edits) as they are for username "User:GPT304" not "GPT304" as intended.

What should have happened instead?:
The links should be corrected, or Special:CentralAuth/User:GPT304 should show an error message, or redirect to Special:CentralAuth/GPT304.

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):

This problem is hidden for some (English-lang?) wiki's contribs pages as they fix the incorrect url. For example at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/User:Commander_Keane the en.wiki edit count link works, while the es.wiki edit count links does not.
