Description

Steps to replicate the issue:

go to Library Card Platform
click "Access Collection" at OECD Data, OECD Multimedia Gallery or OECD iLibrary

What happens?:

Volunteers have reported that sometimes access is only possible on every 5th to 10th attempt and in the other cases the error message “Website is not accessible via this address.” appears. I was able to reproduce this problem, although not with the same regularity.

My error message referred to: Ray ID: 9344b0941f5acf03 (Performance & security by Cloudflare) – see screenshot

What should have happened instead?:

access to OCED collections

Noting that this looks very similar to other cloudflare issues we've seen; in most cases this requires a change on the partner side to resolve

I have emailed OECD for help on this. I'll update this ticket when we hear from them.

All content from OECD is going open access so we not have them as a partner in TWL anymore. Some reference here. -https://www.oecd.org/en/about/oecd-open-by-default-policy.html
