Wiki Experiences 5.5.3 hypothesis text:

If we determine an approach to enabling developer authentication for API traffic and trusted scraping, we will be able to begin work to increase the percentage of automated traffic that can be attributed to a known developer or application, by better understanding the scope of the work and the options available.

This is intended to inform our initial work on FY25–26 WE5.1.
