Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Go to https://query.wikidata.org/ on a phone
• Click the button to open the examples dialog
• Try to close the dialog again

What happens?:

There is no obvious way to close the dialog again. On a larger screen, clicking outside of the dialog closes it (which is not obvious behaviour - it's not how MediaWiki dialogs work, for example), but on smaller screens, the dialog fills the screen.

What should have happened instead?:

There should be a close button.
