Gravy mentioned this is a known issue, a mismatch in settlement reporting, and they can create separate line items - anticipate this fix in place mid-June.

I am seeing refund as a separate line and also the amount is little different. CID: 67937095.

We shouldn't be getting separate line item refunds in civi from gravy. Looks like we have about ~125 total separate line items since April with 18 of them being Gravy transactions. The newest one is from July 6. Will look into what caused them next.

Gravy ones haven't happened since and I cleaned up the civi data on them. There are still refund line items out there but not from this issue T405389: Look into the separate line item refunds in civi
