Description

Per instructions on Help:Toolforge/Elasticsearch I would like to be granted read-write access to the Toolforge Elasticsearch cluster for my tool.

To implement T384113 since (per Taavi) searching in Elasticsearch now requires a POST request which gets blocked by the proxy. Tech Contribs will need this to filter by nick and mentions of a specific nick within messages by other IRC bots.
