The game is live here: https://wdactle.toolforge.org/ – it still needs more polish, but it is playable.
By default, it presents a random item with at least 100 sitelinks, but not years or Wikimedia internal items (such as templates); I’ll probably tweak that query too. You can select a different entity using the ?entity= URL parameter (example; aliases: ?entityId=, ?item=, ?itemId=), or specify a custom SPARQL query using the ?query= URL parameter (aliases: ?sparqlQuery=, ?sparql=).
The user interface is currently only available in English, but you can select a different language for the labels using the ?uselang= URL parameter, like in MediaWiki.
