while definitely useful for newcomers or if you need a refresher, the section explainers can take up quite a bit of vertical space (especially on mobile). it'd be nice to make these collapsible.
it might also be worthwhile to make the sections themselves collapsible but in my opinion that's not quite as important.
Tech Contribs was actually intended to also cater to non-developers, but it seems this purpose of it has been lesser realized than its usage by developers themselves. I can probably make them show up on print mode and/or with a setting instead.
A general option to allow collapsing sections shouldn't be too hard to implement either.
