I propose we grant +2 in mediawiki/* to @Chlod. He's worked on, amongst other things, the Nuke extension on a Foundation pilot program for contracting volunteer developers to work on short-term high-impact projects. His patches are high-quality and well reasoned, and he's asking good questions when he's unsure about something, and I trust that granting him +2 access will help him make MediaWiki and the Wikimedia wikis even better.
