Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
It was brought to my attention at the 2025 Istanbul Hackathon that Wikibase does not have a Spanish UI interface or documentation. I think it would be majorly helpful to a large potential Spanish-speaking user base to have this ability.
Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
The major areas that would need to be updated would be the UI itself and the documentation for installation for the wikibase-release-pipeline.
Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Benefits include: (1) allowing Spanish-speaking users to interact with the UI more effectively; and (2) having Wikibase documentation available in Spanish will allow Spanish-speaking users to be able to more easily set up Wikibase instances.
