After completing T351637: [wikireplicas] add proper dry-run/diff mode to maintain-views, we want to add new alerts in Prometheus to notify when the views in a wiki replica host are out of sync, and maintain-view should be run to sync them.
Alerts for clouddb* hosts should be routed to the cloud-services-team, while alerts for an-redacteddb* hosts should be routed to Data-Platform-SRE.
