We need to reindex to enable the changes from the parent ticket: T293398: Search term entered without diacritics on Czech Wikipedia does not list expected match
Wikis to reindex: cswikibooks, cswikivoyage, cswiki, cswikinews, cswikiquote, cswikisource, cswikiversity, cswiktionary.
Not sure about arbcom_cswiki, which is private. The docs say private wikis are not supported, but that may be out of date.

@dcausse, thanks for the info! I wasn't planning on touching commons or wikidata right now.
This is on hold until T393415: https://noc.wikimedia.org/wiki.php failing to initialize is resolved.
Following the deployment info here, I attempted to reindex two small Czech wikis with the following command and everything immediately failed.
python3 -m cirrus_reindexer.reindex_all --cirrus-cluster=eqiad --dbnames cswikibooks cswikivoyage
I'm not familiar with the internals of the new reindexing tool and I'm not comfortable hacking around on production trying to figure it out, so I'm unclaiming this task and putting it back in Ready for Dev.
