Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Go to https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/World
Put font text sizing to anything aside of default
Scroll down in the page

What happens?:

Sticky header is scaling with text where it shouldn't

What should have happened instead?:

Sticky header is not scaling with text setting, because text size setting should be article content specific.

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
Codex 2.0.0-rc.1 in MW core
