Unlikely to do this. Uploaded patches include patches approved via scap and uploads of other people's code, which won't show up as owned. I can see some purpose in replacing this with "Authored patches" though (i.e. authored but not owned, which includes backports). But I don't really see how this reduces noise from the Gerrit groups section?
