Evaluate the feasibility and desirability of automated WDQS Frontend and Quickstatements image updates:

• What would trigger releases for each product, and how reliable is that trigger?
• Are the upstream updates stable enough that we know we would want to release them automatically?
• Even if feasible is this undesirable for any reason (e.g. possible in-stability of our releases, etc)?
