Recurring SEPA form issue

Description

@LWadleigh heard from the French donor in Zendesk #1673298 that the donation form was yielding the "unable to find a form matching your parameters" error message as soon as they selected recurring + SEPA. She's been able to replicate the issue on other countries' donation forms, and raised the issue on Slack.

The Adyen console yesterday showed nothing settled via SEPA since 4/30.

Event Timeline

A second donor has reported this as well, Zendesk 1667332, and provided screenshots in the ticket.

Two donors from Spain have also reported this, so the issue seems widespread where there is SEPA.
