Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Open any Wikidata item, which has text in "Also known as" column that is longer than appx. 30 characters
• Put your mouse cursor at the beginning of the text in the "Also known as" column
• Start highlighting this text: press left mouse button and while holding it, move the cursor to the right
• While you do this, characters will be added to the highlight one by one
• Notice, that at some point instead of adding the next character to the highlight, it will instead highlight all the text of the page before this character

What should have happened instead?:
You should be able to highlight the text in the "Also known as" column to the end, character by character.

Conditions in which the bug replicates?:

• Different Wikidata items were checked, e.g.: Q123481141, Q85449, Q145
• Different web-browsers were checked: Opera, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge
• Replicates both when logged in and logged out
• Replicates on two different devices with different screen resolutions: 1920 x 1080, 1680 x 1050; and different operating systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11
