We now have a mediawiki-dumps-legacy-toolbox pod that runs our dumps-enabled mediawiki image.
It might be useful to have a similar sync-toolbox pod that we can use when troubleshooting the various sync tasks, or working with the contents of /mnt/dumpsdata

Arguably, we could simply our airflow-dags code by fetching the pod spec from the sync-toolbox Deployment, instead of manually crafting the pod spec.
