Implementation notes

Define metric in metrics catalog based on instrumentation specification
Register experiment for automated analysis in registry
Make sure experiment is configured in a way that it will be analyzed (e.g. with respect to start & end dates, machine-readable name): T395342: Configure synthetic A/A experiment in xLab
Verify that the experiment is analyzed/re-analyzed while it is active
