User stories:
As an organizer, I want to be able to add the country of my event for in person and hybrid events in a structured format, so that people can easily find events in a country where they can I attend and so that people can create transcludable collaboration lists based on country locations.
As a member of the Campaigns team, I want to allow organizers to specify the country of their event in a structured format, so that I can be unblocked to work on the collaborative contributions project.
Background:
We have long heard requests to at least allow organizers to specify the country of in person and hybrid events, so that people can find events taking place within a country where they are located/plan to travel to (and to filter out the countries where they will not be) in the Collaboration List.
Meanwhile, we have also learned that, in order to safely track collaborative contributions on the wikis, we would need special handling of in person/hybrid events that are "high risk" or "no publish" in the Country & Territory Protection List.
For these reasons, we want to begin asking organizers for the country of in person/hybrid events.
