I think what is needed here is a row poked into the prometheusconfig database as was done in T386416#10566954 for Catalyst. While someone is in there doing the setup, sending irc alerts to the #wikimedia-releng channel would also be useful.
The mailing list side will probably need a bit of touching to pass the emails through too. @bd808 has the admin bit for the mailing list side of things.
