What/Why:
We want to add telemetry to every action API so we have observability on the workflow of any type of call made to WikiLambda and Wikifunctions. Over this quarter, we are adding to the most critical areas, or those endpoints that we believe are the most used and we care to observe the most for achieving our SLO goals. This ticket is to add to the remaining areas.
