Move the “Add a link” task from the “Easy” category to a new “Starter” difficulty level in the backend.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The “Add a link” task appears as “Starter” in the difficulty levels rather than “Easy.”

• Legacy behavior for other tasks remains intact.
