Description

This is for the API only, without enabling the full functional tests (that require the cli).

It will be accessible using curl for now, but that at least allows us to start deploying there and find any issues earlier.

Still ongoing, there's a patch for review, and there will be some followup to catch up tools with toolsbeta.
