Sonatype announced OSSRH as service to publish to maven central will reach its EOL by June 30th 2025. There's a successor service, Central Portal. In order to use it, we have to migrate our namespace, *org.wikimedia* to it.
Currently that is not covered by self-service, probably due to too many accounts that can publish to that namespace, see FAQ.
