Enable volunteers to see edits where people declined to act on ≥ 1 Tone Check
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

Stories

  1. As an experienced volunteer motivated to ensure Tone Check is offering new(er) volunteers with constructive feedback, I'd like to see all of the edits where someone reports that Tone Check should not have been shown, so that I can consider making updates to how the feature is configured (T393820) to reduce the likelihood of similar false positives happening in the future.
  2. As an experienced volunteer patrolling an edit in which Tone Check was shown, I want to know if the person who published the edit I am now reviewing explicitly declined to revise the tone of what they'd written when Tone Check invited them to consider doing so, so that I can factor this choice into what – if any – action I take into response.

Thank you to User:Yaw_tuba and @SCP-2000 for naming the value in the sort of functionality this ticket is describing.
