Currently the Wiki Loves Earth photo contest is running in various countries. For those countries we use a custom upload campaign for many years (example 1/example 2).

In the (4th) section called 'Describe' most upload campaigns have one or more yes/no/etc multiple choice questions. It seems that since a recent MediaWiki (?) software update, the selection fields are all broken. Every option is now surrounded by visible code:

<div class="mw-content-ltr mw-parser-output" lang="en" dir="ltr"><p>...</p></div>

Nothing has been changed in the code of the campaigns itself, nor in the inserted templates/etc, and it happens with every way of adding this multiple choice option (template/int:/plan text/etc).

Please fix this urgently, we are in a middle of a photo contest.
