Description

Story:
As WBS-team I want to be able to get a full data set every month to identify new instances and monitor activity.

Requirements:

Manual data pull in Google Sheets via API connector
Offline/online verification
Collect data only from online instances

Acceptance Criteria:

Full data pull works (test on Aug. 6)
All offline instances are marked
All offline instances are excluded from data collection/aggregation
We are able to make a monthly copy of each spread sheet and save the monthly data set
