Enhance the Wikipedia app’s tab management interface by adding the ability to select multiple tabs (including a "Select All" option) and a one-tap action to "Close All Except Current Tab."

Users who frequently browse and research within the app often accumulate a large number of open tabs (e.g., 100+). When they want to clean up their tab list, they currently have only two options: close individual tabs one-by-one or use “Close all tabs,” which also closes the tab they’re currently reading. This forces them to go back and search again for the article they intended to keep open.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Improves usability and efficiency, especially for power users.

Reduces friction in maintaining a manageable tab environment.

Aligns tab behavior more closely with modern browsers, which users are already familiar with.
