QA Empty Search recommendations (non-blocking for deploy)

Description

Background

We have several bug fixes that are dependent on Codex releases, we want to QA them in production after the next Codex release because we werent able to fully QA during development

Requirement

Ensure that the following bug fixes related to Empty Search recommendations have been verified in production after the Codex release:

  • T395689: Fix a11y for empty search recommendations
  • T395384: Empty Search suggestions do not reappear after typing and clearing a search term
  • T395385: When no recommendations, focusing search leaves a phantom line

Test Steps

Test Case 1: Verify fixes in production

  1. Visit production environment on a wiki with empty search recommendations enabled.
  2. Validate the fixes from each task:
    • AC1: T395689 (Keyboard navigation and scroll behavior) is working as expected
    • AC2: T395384 (Suggestions reappear after clearing search) is working as expected
    • AC3: T395385 (No phantom line on focus) is working as expected
