I created a ftp account for the report in our paypal console and set it up in the gravy console. We haven't seen any data yet in the gravy file and have a thread going with them about it.

Note that we are now processing the Paypal reconciliation / audit report. The Gravy reconciliation report is not at parity with the one we get from Paypal at this point because it does not give us the settlement total - ie an externally verified figure that all the transactions in the settlement report add up to. In addition it does not combine charge back fees into their parent transactions.

There are no issues processing the Paypal reconciliation report and any work to get the Gravy reconciliation report going should focus on getting them to incorporate our requirements to possibility assist when we bring other providers online - ie what we really want from the reconciliation report is the externally verified total for the batch and for each transaction to have a batch reference and for the sum of the transactions to add up to that batch reference. The Adyen, Paypal and dlocal reports all provide this but the gravy one does not for paypal at the moment (for adyen it does because it carries over the relevant data from the adyen report)
