Description

Replace i18n for archivebot-archiveheader with corresponding wikidata item.

Reason
The archivebot-archiveheader Template is a language related i18n translation but should be a site/code related L10N. It is not sure if the i18n translations works for all sites an twn should not used for localisation issues.

How to proceed

  • Find the corresponding wikidata item(s)
  • use this/these items in archivebot
  • remove template tests in i18n_tests
  • remove archivebot-archiveheader from translatewiki settings for Pywikibot
  • remove the translations from the json files
  • add the ability to set the template via command option or other implementation to support wikis outside the Wikimedia wiki farm.

It is not sure if the i18n translations works for all sites an twn should not used for localisation issues.

On the other hand, the Wikidata solution doesn’t work on TWN itself. ☹ See https://translatewiki.net/wiki/User_talk:MarcoAurelio#Please_check_ArchiveBot.
