Reuse the work initially done for the below tabs and never merged.
T384510: Move History into Search
T384512: Move recently searched

Some cleanup and adjustments will be needed

Test Steps

The History and Search (recently searched only) should look pretty much the same.
Some minor details on the list separators due to SwiftUI default style.

The History and Search (recently searched only) should look pretty much the same. Some minor details on the list separators due to SwiftUI default style. The idea was to use native components as much as possible.
