@K3vnhill here's an example of a task that requires a parent "design ticket" be opened. How do you want to deal with this one? - should it be an Asana task on the exisitng front-end board, or could it live on the donor portal board?

btw, @SHust for that paypal wording I am think we might want to add to email preference page instead of email template, since email will only be seen when user updated their email, and since we hide edit email for any donor with paypal donation, that page might be the place to show this hint?

Can I just confirm the mechanics of this and how it will work in light of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T401006 and PayPal donors? It's a question that has come up on calls and I'm not sure how we are fixing for this. We now have to hide the current email preference center to anybody who has donated with PayPal - will it work the same way in the donor portal? How will the portal know the payment method?

Since we do not show the update email option for active recurring paypal donor, they will not receive this email, this email will be triggered when donor try to update their email from email preference center. thanks!
