Context

Splitting the (optional) building number from the street address field is suspected to be confusing for people whose address doesn't have a building number. We want to clarify that the field is optional by changing the label. The additional label text should have less weight than the actual label, so this is slightly more than a content change.

Acceptance Criteria

• In the donation form the label of the house number field is changed to
  • "Building number (if applicable)" (en)
  • "Hausnummer (falls vorhanden)" (de)

Implementation details

• Look at the street autocomplete field, pass a labelHelpText property to the TextField component for the street number.
• Use a new translation.
