I've typed up the following directions for this removal via remote hands request CS3255331

Support,

We would like 3 fibers unplugged and removed from our racks. There is no longer traffic flowing over any of these three patches and they can be removed at any time.

Please unplug the SFP+ optic from the server (A side) of each patch but leave the optic in the switch (B side) of each connection.

Singlemode Fiber D0040

A Side: B12:U36 (lvs6003): port ens3f1np1
B Side: B13:U41 (asw1-b13-drmrs): port et-0/0/17

Singlemode Fiber D0038

A Side: B12:U35 (lvs6001): port ens3f1np1
B Side: B13: U41 (asw1-b13-drmrs): port et-0/0/16

Singlemode Fiber D0053

A Side: B13:U35 (lvs6002): port ens3f1np1
B Side: B12:U41 (asw1-b12-drmrs): port et-0/0/17

Once all three patches are removed, please put them and the (3) server side SFP+ optics on top of our hosts in B12 inside the rack.

Dear customer,

We are standing in front of your rack and we see that the equipment you mentioned is not labeled, so we need more details in order to disconnect the cables.
Below are photos of the equipment in U35/36 and U41 of B12 and B13.
Can you tell us which ports are shown in the photos?

Thank you,

Support,

The photos show the cable ID labels of D0040, D0038, and D0053 (in photos "2cd240af-a629-457b-ad22-80124b5048f3" & "9f70369c-c706-4e86-af5c-1ba28ef74c04".

Please detach those 3 cables from both the servers they are attached to, and the switch on the other end. Each cable will be cross rack.

The ports are labeled with very tiny script on the switch side, and not labeled on the server side. You must use the cable ID to identify the port. The cable ID is visible in your photo.

Please advise,

The three patches have now been removed as requested.

RobH updated the task description. (Show Details)

All patches removed by remote hands, no downtime noted (so they pulled the correct cables) and the patches have been deleted out of netbox.
