Please add cebwiki to Beta Cluster. I’m a sysop and interface admin at cebwiki, so to easily add new gadgets to cebwiki, I need to test it first at Beta Cluster. Best regards!

Running a whole wiki instance in Beta for you to test some gadgets seems like an uneven solution. Does the UI language actively matter for testing your gadgets, or could you use one of the existing Beta Cluster wikis instead?
If you need Cebuano as the UI language I would be willing to help you use https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/toolforge-repos/mwdemo to setup a testing wiki for yourself in Toolforge to get that functionality.
The general problem with adding a new wiki for you in the Beta Cluster is that we are actively working to reduce the need for the Beta Cluster because its maintenance is felt to be unsustainable for the Foundation and the community. @Nhu_Gay_Me You could also use one of the wikis and change your user language as well, which should catch most things I believe.
