Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Create a chart containing romanian diacritics (ț) Example: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Data:HistoricalDemography.Aluni%C8%99.chart
What happens?: The letter ț is redendered with a different, smaller font and the comma under ș is not centered, suggesting diacritics composition rather than a true Unicode char being used.
What should have happened instead?: A font containing Romanian diacritics should be used throughtout the graph.
