• Special:ListUsers/temporary-account-viewer could include local accounts that are also listed on Special:GlobalUsers/temporary-account-viewer.
• Special:ListUsers/temporary-account-viewer could support a custom MediaWiki page (different from MediaWiki:Listusers-summary) in order to configure a message (e.g., to indicate that CUs, OSes, admins, crats, and global temporary account IP viewers also have permissions to view these IPs).
• Special:GlobalUsers/temporary-account-viewer could allow sorting by wiki. For example, displaying all global accounts that have more than x edits on frwiki.
