The Serbian wikisource went through a proposal to create a "Додатак"
namespace, just like the "Dodatak" namespace listed at
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12344 for hr wikipedia. The name of the talk namespace would be "Разговор о додатку".
