Background
At the moment, the Edit Check cards include 3 icons: the one indicating the feedback status of the check (e.g. warning) and the icon in each of its 2 actions. The main icon in the Edit Check card should be the start icon in the card that indicates the type of check (check/suggestion). Using more icons in the buttons adds noise and makes the card heavier and less scanable.
This task is to evaluate removing the icons from the Checks + Suggestions cards:
