Description

Feature was disabled in T121949 as the query was taking over 24 hours to run.

Per T120895#1875104, one possible solution is to somehow split it into smaller queries.

Now that the join is on the indexed columns, I think the query should be fast enough to run even on enwiki. If it's not, we can always revert.
