It appears that the configuration for the WDQS UI inside the operations/puppet repository is unused since it moved to the k8s infrastructure. We recently got confused by this while working on T397452 and mistakenly modified and attempted to deploy code in operations/puppet that should have gone into the same config in the query service ui repo.

The same might apply to query builder config. Let's remove this unused config to avoid further confusion in the future.
