Reason:

The Catalyst project wants to start using Catalyst as the default backend for Patchdemo soon, which will result in a significant increase in resource usage, particularly memory.

We have currently exhausted the project's quota:

In the next few days we plan to delete one of our instances with 8cpu/16GB. Those released resources together with the quota increase will allow us to create another big instance similar to the one used by our main cluster node at https://horizon.wikimedia.org/project/instances/f0076dfd-46d0-40d1-b7a9-d4741f318801/. That should ensure safe continued operation for the foreseeable future.
