Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- go to the Homepage on mobile and make sure that only template-based tasks are selected
- click on a suggested task
- after the page loaded, tap "More about this suggested edit"
- try to close the help panel with the floating button
What happens?:
- the help panel doesn't close
What should have happened instead?:
- the help panel should close, as it happens on desktop
