  • Open a Special:Preferences
  • Try to click on any option

What happens?:
It doesn't show any submenu.

What should have happened instead?:
It should open a submenu with an option to change.

Google Chrome 137.0.7151.120 (desktop) and Google Chrome 137.0.7151.115 (Mobile, Android 15)

Cannot reproduce when going to https://uk.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Спеціальна:Налаштування&useskin=minerva using Chromium 138.0.7204.49

Do you have any browser add-ons or extensions which block dialogs? Please try with a fresh browser profile without any additional software and in safemode.
