Hm, sounds like there might be two (related?) problems with this VM – it’s trying to send something to root@localhost, but not sending anything to Mattermost:

I guess I did something wrong when setting it up…

@taavi how much of a problem are these emails / log messages?

Mentioned in SAL (#wikimedia-cloud) [2025-10-23T12:27:06Z] <Lucas_WMDE> wikidata-icinga-2024: deleted instance, setup was apparently not working after all (cf. T397915) and in any case it does not seem needed nor useful anymore
