In T389053, the name of the articletopic weighed tags changed (to classification.prediction.articletopic from classification.ores.articletopic). Growth's documentation at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:GrowthExperiments/developer_setup#Seeding_ORES_topics still uses the old naming, which means it will not work. We should update it.
In addition to that, the importOresTopics.php script is now incorrectly named, as @Michael pointed out via Slack.
